Ensuite bathroom to bedroom 1, with bath/shower over, wc, bidet and basin.
Bathroom 2, with shower cubicle, wc and basin. |

Dishwasher, oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer. Fully-equipped with kitchen utensils, crockery, etc. |
| Utility Room: |
Washing machine, tumble-dryer, clothes airer, iron and ironing board and hoover.

Large, comfortable lounge with two sofas, one being a double sofa-bed, TV. Open fireplace. Dining table and chairs to seat 6 people. Patio doors to large balcony with views of the extensive lawned area. |
| Patio: |
Two sun loungers and a patio table and chairs to seat six people (complete with cushions). |
| Car Parking: |
Ample car parking is available to the rear of the apartment block. |
Cleaning/towels
/linen/maid service: |
The Apartments are cleaned prior to your first arrival. It is then up to the guest to keep it clean during thr stay for which a broom, mop and bucket are provided. Towels and linen are provided at the beginning of the stay (for internal use only) and thereafter the guests are required to wash, iron etc the linen, towels etc as they require. |
Remote controlled air-conditioning provides both hot and cold air as required. All apartments are non-smoking. |
